... raining buddy. This was the second time we trained together in 4 years!! 4 years ago we trained 6 times a week π crazy but golden times!
This time we trained some chest and shoulders. For chest I did one handed dumbbell presses on a flat bench and on a incline bench:

16 x 18 kg
12 x 26 kg
8 x 30 kg
6 x 32 kg
Incline Bench
11 x 18 kg
10 x 18 kg
10 x 18 kg
10 x 18 kg
After that I went for some Flys on the machine. For shoulders the main exercise was side laterals

20 x 2 kg
16 x 6 kg
12 x 10 kg
10 x 14 kg
6 x 16 kg
4 x 18 kg
After the we did some machine shoulder presses. To round it up I trained lower back and some biceps just for the heck of it ππ€·ββοΈ
