I used to go to the gym before pandemic. Now, I just dance from time to time. I just started recently You know, the quarantine mood. Eat, work, watch, read and sleep. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Sometimes I do Chloe Ting workout. I'm planning to do the workouts in the Rebel Us App. You should check that app. They have recipes that would go with your diet.

I just have a covid baby as some would say. I do crunches and a few pull ups and push ups a day that's about it. I miss my full gym sessions though to be honest.

I've already canceled my membership, but the contract will run until March. The good thing is, I can go to the sauna in the winter time.

I rarely do workouts at home, only during Corona we worked out together as a WG (flatmates) 😁 I enjoy group sports because they are so motivating! πŸ˜‹

Thank you very much. 😊If I don't put weight on my arm for too long, it works very well. But it's not healed perfectly yet. I think another 1-2 weeks then I won't feel it anymore.πŸ™
