... 21 de junio de 1991, de forma violenta hizo erupción manteniéndose activo hasta diciembre del mismo año.
Esas líneas o capas de diferentes colores que se ven el el suelo son las capas de ceniza y material volcánico que expidió el Hudson y que se asentaron por toda la Patagonia Chilena, alcanzando algunas zonas argentinas también, pues el alcance del volcán traspasó las fronteras.
El grosor de estás capas oscilaron -en su momento- entre 45cm hasta 120cm, dependiendo de la cercanía al volcán.
Ya -30 años después- se asentaron y compactaron formando parte de la superficie. En diciembre, cuando teníamos la esperanza que las cosas mejorarían terminando el 2020, el volcán presentó una leve manifestación sísmica ¡Susto!
