2.In oil add Cumin and mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add 2 chopped green chillies and few curry leaves.

3.Add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté till it becomes translucent.

4.To the onion now add 1/2 cup veggies finely chopped (capsicum,carrot,tomato) and cook them for a minute or two.

5.After the veggies are cooked, add 1 cup of rolled oats. Add salt as per taste. Squeeze half a lemon. Sprinkle some water (about 4-5tbsp) for oats to become soft and cook through.

6.Garnish with chopped coriander and enjoy!
