As a result most of us have Shadows, or dark sides. However, the longer we repress parts of ourselves, the bigger our Shadows grow. This can lead to problems such as self-hatred, mental illness, drug and alcohol abuse, neuroticism and relationship dysfunction.

While your Shadow Self isn’t consuming your life yet, you may find it creeping up on you when you least expect it.

Just be yourself. Let people see the real, imperfect, flawed, quirky, weird, beautiful, magical you are!!🤘🤘
