... thoughts. We feel helpless and can't find a way to make it stop. But, we should never forget that we have control over our thoughts. There is always a door out. Sometimes it may not be easy to find, between these grey clouds or huge piles of snow that obscures the view. But this door is always here, waiting to be opened and walked through. 🙏🏼
