Greetings to this great family.

In the central plain of our country, it is customary to prepare the popular weeping rice, do you wonder why it is called this

way? Well, it is called that way because of how warm it is when cooked.

It can be prepared with different meats, such as beef, chicken, or other wild animal meats that you like to eat.

In a frying pan, you cook the finely chopped dressings and add well oozed oil to make it look eye-catching. After frying,

you add it to the rice, which must have enough water to make it soggy.

When the rice is semi hard, it must be removed from the heat and it will finish softening with the heat.

I hope you like this very tasty dish that Venezuelans prepare.

See you later.
