These are a few more boring days than ever because it's raining on our sides. So there is nothing to do due to holidays. It was a little late when I woke up. So I got up and washed my face and drank the tea my mother made and after a while I logged on to the steemit and posted some posts. So after that I had breakfast and started reading a book with laziness.

When I finished reading the book, I started to feel a little hungry. Then when I went to the kitchen to see if there was anything to eat, a little idea came to my mind. That is, if fish bun was made, it would be great to eat hot in the rain. So we made fish bun. I’ll tell you how to make it.Here's how to make fish bun.
Fish bun is not so difficult to make at home. The first thing we need to do is make the dough needed for this.
For that we need
250g of flour
Teaspoons of yeast2
Teaspoons of sugar2
Salt
Slightly warm water
70g of butter
Egg yolk1

- 3 teaspoons of milk powder dissolved in lukewarm water (about a cup of water)
First, dissolve the yeast and sugar in lukewarm water. Then add milk powder and butter. Now add the egg yolks and knead the flour little by little.Once soft, place in a large bowl, cover with a damp cloth and leave for an hour and a half. Then the dough will have doubled.
- Now let’s make the filling. You can use fish or salmon as you like. First take a pan, add oil, onion, chili, curry powder, garlic and add the salmon. Then add the boiled mashed potatoes. Now add pepper powder , chili powder and salt to taste. Now set the mixture aside.
- Then take small pieces of dough and roll them into a circle. Fill the filling as much as you need and fold it triangularly. Now pack with space in a buttered tray. Apply egg yolks and bake at 200C for about 20 minutes.
