so i like to represent the lack of sleep and strees . Firstly I think all the members are fine these days.
Sleep is a basic factor that every person should have.Getting enough sleep every day is essential.then every person is maintain own daily routing .Sleep should be given an important place.
Lack of adequate sleep can lead to these problems.such as fatigue ,mood change,difficulty concentrating ,memory problems ,and these problems then we need to get sufficient sleep .That is, every person should get between seven and eight hours of sleep a day.if you dont get Adequate sleep definitely you These inconveniences have to be faced.then try to get adequate sleep .
The main case is stress ,stress is a high level of the emotional arousal normally associate with the overload of mental and physical activities .then create stress These are the main causes of stress.such as anxiety ,fear ,fatigue ,hostility .stress is a inevitably and necessary part of the human life.
Stress can also be introduced.it is devolop slowly and it has gradual and cumulative effects.
Recurrent stress can thus be classified into three parts.
• physical - such as a cold ,hot weather condition ,also fatigue ,noice.
• psychological - Such as worries and real and imagine situation and conditions and problems (financial problems ,ill health).
• reactive - such as ivents occurred in everyday life(time pressure ,unexpected situation )
Stress are very dangerous in human life .then symptoms of stress again we can discuss .we can identify mainly five things such as physical ,health effects (nausea ,hheadaches ,sleep problems ,stomach upset) and cognitive effects and subjective effects .
Again stress can be introduced as follows domestic stress .domestic stress is normally results from major life is change such as divorce and the birth of baby and death of family person and close friend .
Another effect is a Work related stress. The main cause of this stress is overwork, fear of not being able to do the assigned work on time.this stress can be reduce by the appropriate workload management .ex good communication and training .
It is a fact that we all know that there is no problem and no problem without an answer.so
I will represent stress and managing stress and how to reduce stress .
We can control physiological stress ,such as
•maintain the bodily functions and best physical fitness
•maintain the regulary exercises .
•every day take a good balance diet.
•learning and training relaxation activities (Spend time listening to music and visiting beautiful places, spending time happily with family members)
Another main condition is a fatigue .fatigue is a start from Lack of rest after hard work,lack of sleep,Sleep is a major factor here,emotional fatigue ,Sleep deprivation is a major factor in the need for adequate sleep.
We can divide two type of sleep related the fatigue
• Acute - This is a short-term problem and can be controlled by getting enough sleep
• Chornic - this is a long term problem and this is build up the sleep deprivation .
Fatigue is like a toxing accumulating in our body.
The case of fatigue combination of two things there are sleep dept and circadian rhythms .
This sleep dept is caused by alcohol, smoking and drug use and medical condition .medical conditions are
•insomina
•restless legs syndrome (RLS)
•periodic limb movement (PLM)
•sleep apnea ,this case is a when breathing stop for ten second or during longer sleep .but this condition has medical treatment .
Another case is a circadian rhythm it is human body has steady 24 hours rhythm
In there physiology and biochemistry and behavior .alertness the body temperature and also sleep tendency And man engages in various activities 24 hours a day.circadian rhythm is also affects getting proper and systematic sleep.
If you get enough and proper sleep You will be able to rerefreshing your body and live a stress-free and productive life.Think for a moment that life needs sleep.Live your life happily without suffering
