Hello to all Steemit Nursery Members,Admins and Mods

I have seen that we are having alot of new users here Posting in this community However as a Greeter Of New Comers i think this Would be another Best Community for me and other Greeters to help out Community Members (NewComers)

After getting mentioned by @steemcurator01 I started working out over finding the Common Mistakes and Guided Them through all my knowledge.

Not only me it's reponsibility of every Senior Member to try guiding Newcomers so that they Could give their best here on this platform (Helping at the Initial stage after joining will Empower and Motivate them).

I have Picked up Common Mistakes or Problems of some New Comers and after guiding them i have got a good response from them aswell which made me further motivated to work over this project also and I really hope with my contribution they will surely get motivated !

Some of the Common Problems are following :

• Many new Comers don't know about w3w/Google Plus Code.
• Many new Comers don't know about Achievement Program
• Many new Comers don't know about The Importance of Tags
• Many new Comers don't know about Improving Their Post's Quality
• Many new Comers don't know about Impressions of Good and Bad Comments
• Many new Comers don't know about Their Country relevant Community where they could get good support
• Many new Comers don't know about How Applying Mark Down Styles Effects the Quality of Their Post

A New Method:

One more thing which i noticed is People feel lazy to visit the whole post Like if we share any already made post they will surely miss some of the important things inside the post so its better to us to Guide them Instantly rather than throwing a link over to them.

I have guided,motivated and Supported around 15 Posts made here on Steemit Nursery.

Many of you guys would be thinking its an easy job, if yes than why you guys aren't guiding ? If no than don't forget to appreciate the initiative.I Could have been making My own Diary Games report and other posts but still i took time to guide new comers.So yes it takes time :)
