The Dairy Game -Better Life (08-06-2021)conference which held in my university

Asslam -o- Alaikum To All friends...

I hope you guys will be fine.Alhmadulliah I am also happy and spending my life with pleasure. As we know Summer has arrived and temperature is increasing day by day so we should keep safe us from this hot summer season...

Lets come to a new day that I spent today ;

After walking up at dawn, I prayed and read the Holy Quran.I wear satin clothes with joggers and go for a walk. I regularly go for walk because there are many benefits of walk.

Benefits of Morning walk ;

Morning walk helps to keep our body in balanced positions.

Morning walk booste our energy level.

It also helps us to loose our body weight.

It prevents risk of diabetes.

Breakfast

After one and half hour of walk I came back to home.I eat breakfast which my mother made for me.

At about 9 o'çlock ;

I got ready to go the conference that took place in my university .It was very informative conference .I enjoyed a lot with my friends .

The conference started at 10 o'clock;

We go to conference hall.It was well decorated.One of my friend give a speech and report about her published paper.

At about 12 o'clcok ;

I had lunch with my friends in the conference hall.The lunch was provided by the university.By then it was almost 2 O clock.

At 2 o' clock ;

I will be in the gardening area with all my friends.We took pictures.We shared some beautiful memories.

In the Evening ;

I arrived home at about 4 o'çlock.I rested for a while.Then I made tea for everyone at home and we all drank.

At about 5 o'clock I planted tress in my home garden.

Thats how my day ended.
