Hi Amiable steemians !

Today 22/08/2021 (Sunday) got me been so faithful and joyful.
First of, I woke up from sleep, picked up my watch noticing that the time is ten minutes past seven o'clock (7:10am). I was a bit late to wake, quickly got into the bathroom get myself washed and set for church. Today been children's services, the whole children were set for their performance,they all appeared in their uniforms. The service was amazing.
Been that today was the children's day. I used this avenue with my colleague to make them become entrepreneurs by showing them on how to prepare Chin-chin .
I discovered one thing that alot of children even at the age of eighteenth are still dependent of their parents and it's not a proper thing, that's why I come up with this entrepreneural skill for them to use develop themselves, not only them but to those who were unable to prepare Chin-chin Snacks

I also discovered that alot of adult can't make themselves Chin-chin snacks for home use , because of that I decided to come up with steps to bring to the notice of those who can't prepare it.

Ingredients used

Flour, baking powder, ground nutmeg, egg, granulated sugar, evaporated milk,salted, butter and oil for frying.

Procedures

Before I prepare my Chin-chin I have to undergo the following procedures:

1. I measured wet ingredients ( salt, granulated sugar, and mixed together with water excluding butter

2. Also, I measured and mix dry ingredients (flour, ground nutmeg, baking powder) in a bowl and set aside.

3. I added butter into the dry ingredients and mix with your finger until it blends.

4. Pour in the wet ingredients with egg from a separate bowl and mix until dough is formed.

5. Wrap in a satan wrap and allow to raise on a counter for about five minutes. (This allows its flavour to blend in the develops and glutten which makes it easier during cutting)

6. Unwrap rested dough.

7. Place it on a table and use clean bottle mash it to sheet.

8. With the help of knife, I cut dough across vertically and horizontally forming little squares.

9. Put little squares into tray and sprinkle a little flour on them. Shake to prevent stickling.

10. Place the frying pan on fire and pour-in oil.

11. Heat up oil then pour in the little squares.

12. Fry till light brown. Remove with a scotted spoon and spread on a paper sheet lined tray to cool. Chin-chin will be soft when hot but hard when cooled.

Having done all these, the children were very excited that they can prepare Chin-chin snacks and appreciated me and my colleague.
I believe with all my explanation those who didn't know how to prepare Chin-chin both for home use and commercial use will be able to do so. Thanks for your attention. I look forward to hear your comments by telling me you can now prepare chin-chin.
