RE: The Diary Game || Gleeful Terms, Season 1|| @mkpoutoaakpan|| 13|05|2021

I was awakened today by my heavenly Father to see a dawn of a new day, a day no one has ever seen before and I must say, that's the first and most authentic gift I got this morning.

Today was the continuation of the casual days I repeatedly experience in life. I lazily got up from bed this morning oblivious of the fun I was going to have, quickly I greeted my parents and they responded affirmatively, immediately after the felicitations I rapidly presided directly to the restroom to exercise the customary ritual of brushing my teeth. Subsequently, I hurriedly raced back to my room to grab my towel and returned shortly to the bathroom to have my bath.

In the bathroom, as I turned on the shower thoughts roomed noisily in my head, thoughts related to the previous days and thoughts concerned about the days ahead.

I used the tranquil environment to educate and motivate myself to impose extra effort into all my endeavours and to keep believing in the ability that I possess in fulfilling my pursuits in life. I didn't have all day so I had to instantly round up my business in the washroom and forge ahead to get the accurate things done for the day.

I entered my room once again to oil my body and to review every single measure to keep my body neat to guard myself against germs. Shortly, I arrived at the dining room decent and modest. When my mom spotted me from a distance she began to tease me by calling me "gorgeous", I smiled as my head was about to explode like a volcano 🤣🤣🤣. I had a scrumptious breakfast of jellof rice, after I finished eating I drank a cup of water to satisfy myself. I waved my mom and my siblings goodbye and headed outside to board a tricycle that will take me to my dad's office. My dad left earlier, he doesn't like to wait for anyone in the morning because I think he has the belief that says "promptitude brings fluke"

In the tricycle, the remaining episodes of thoughts resumed in my mind, if you didn't know I dream a lot so if you ever meet me anywhere by coincidence and probably you find me sitting thoughtfully just understand that I am in another "dimension". 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, actually my younger brother would have said it better, he is good at pulling funny catchphrases of such categories. I was thinking on a lot of hilarious aspects before I was interrupted by an elderly woman who inquired to know what time it was, which I conceded respectively. In a jiffy, I had to quit the interesting ride. I alighted out of the tricycle and made payment for the transportation. I arrived at my dad's office a bit late I greeted him once again and he responded delightfully, I was so relieved that he wasn't annoyed by my delinquency, nobody likes to be eaten by words of anger 😅😅.

I completed my day-to-day obligations of cleaning and sweeping the office when I had attained the chore I was summoned by my father. He gave me series of jobs to handle and trust me they were very bulky 😪😪. I had to take a bus to a distinct location to perform and finalize the task I was given to regulate. After I had virtually perpetrated my duty I used the free space as an avenue to visit a very good friend of mine Aniebiet, at his school.

Aniebiet is a very cool dude,

he is like a Wikipedia of anything you'd want from a friend. If you want to talk business meet Aniebiet, if you want to laugh, to be advised, to be nurtured, to be enlightened, to be impelled and nourished mentally, Aniebiet has you encircled.

I arrived at his school and waited patiently for him at a specific location that he instructed. it was a hall filled with students I found a comfortable bench and sat down. In the hall, I saw one of my old classmates Daramfon and I decided to greet him, he was mesmerised when he saw me. " My Guy" he yelled, we shook hands and sat down together having some conversations.

Daramfon has always been of help to me,

I can vividly remember the period in my life I had trouble reading, Daramfon was there to energize and provoke that reading habit again.

There were times I had issues moving on Daramfon found his way in inciting me into doing what was mandatory for my growth.

Later on, I saw Aniebiet walking down the aisles of the hall dressed in a bright yellow polo. Straightaway, we fixed eyes together, he smiled and kept walking further in my direction when he finally met me he gave me a warm embrace and shook my hand. We talked for hours and laughed a lot. I saw multiple I had known in school and at work, I had a great time.

I met Samuel,

I call him Mr Right because he is always right, he is like Kevin Hart and Eddie Murphy joined together. He is a mentor and a model to look up to.

He was surprised to see me because he understands that I am restricted to visit people, he asked some questions about me and my family which I replied excitedly, he didn't hesitate to join in our chatter because anybody he meets often receives a package of an animated conversation and we all got ours in a plethora.

If I didn't meet Eduek,

my right-hand man, the day wouldn't have been complete. I and Eduek haven't spoken in months since he decided to park his belongings to desert me 😂😂😂. Eduek is a library on his own😂😂😂, he can read for Africa and that's why I know that he'll become one of the greatest leaders the world will have tomorrow.

I met him afterwards and we settled to discuss business after we concluded our bickering on who left who 🤣🤣🤣.

After hours of exhilarating and enlivening dialogues, I had to bid everyone farewell to take my leave. I exited the school, collected the document I was given by my dad earlier to legislate and bossed back to my dad's office immediately. I didn't want my arm to be ripped off its socket for being late 😆😅😅😆😆😅😆😅😅😅😅😅.
I entered the office and submitted the document to my dad. He asked me what prevented me from coming back quicker, I explained my whereabouts to him and he understood the occurrence.

The rest of the day bored me with work, I had no alternative but to work till dusk when it began to rain cats and dogs. It still kept splashing until about 8 pm so I used that medium to arranged the office in respect of the next day and waited for the rain to seize in the main office with my dad. Later on, a friend of my dad decided to give us a lift in the tricycle he boarded which eventually brought us home safely.

I opened the gate of my house and moved directly to the door of the sitting room, it was locked so I knocked which led my mom who was still awake to open. I hugged her and she welcomed me home. I had a short warm shower and went back to my room for a change of clothes. A delectable dinner was served which I ate enjoyably, after the repast I went back to my bedroom laying on my bed ruminating on how great my day was, "I had a great time" I thought. I just kept lying there waiting for sleep to take me through

"Every moment was worthwhile".
