Most people are used to complaining about life. Everything is wrong, everything is wrong, people are wrong, and they are not what we want them to be. We still live in the hated Groundhog Day, where events, emotions, and actions are repeated day after day.
All modern life is built so that in the endless bustle of people just do not have time to think: who he is, what he does, how he lives, what he feels, what he believes in, what is the meaning of his life. Remember, understanding the importance of these questions comes to us only in some critical situations. It is in the moments when what seems to him to be the worst-case scenario in life is realized that a person may have an epiphany. When he looks at his life as if from the outside and realizes that something is going completely wrong.
Consciousness breaks through the horizon, limited by stereotypes and dogmas. Like a squirrel breaks free from running in circles and understands the absurdity of it.
But why does it necessarily require suffering? There is another way, the way of conscious change. And our entire channel is dedicated to it, and there will be many more interesting episodes on it, so subscribe and turn on the bell so you don't miss anything!
Dr. Joe Dispenza is a household name. He is one of the most influential people of our time in the study of the human psyche and thinking. He was forced into this field by an accident and a life-changing choice.
Joe was in a car accident, as a result of which his spine was broken in six places. Doctors suggested treatment - surgery to fix the vertebrae with steel rods. However, they could not guarantee a successful outcome to the surgery, with the potential for horrific lifelong pain and a lengthy rehabilitation process. Joe Dispenza refused surgery and decided to heal himself with his own thoughts.
He did not think about what he did NOT want to be sick and not be able to walk, but only what he wanted. He meditated for hours every day, visualizing the result - a perfectly healthy spine. And after only 9.5 weeks, he was back on his feet.
The experience and the fact that the result was achieved so quickly stunned him and he devoted his life to researching the possibilities of the human brain. So in today's world, for many, the name Joe Dispenza and the word "subconscious" have become synonymous.
In the course of his research, he came to the understanding that everything in the universe exists in an infinite field filled with frequency or energy. Nikola Tesla made the same discovery, but the Serbian scientist worked specifically with energy, conducting incredible experiments with it. We have already talked about this in this issue. (Video clip picture of Tesla and the ether) Joe Dispenza, on the other hand, investigated the ability of HUMANITY to affect, as he called it, the quantum field.
The first step in his research was to talk to people who had experienced "spontaneous remission," that is, healing that was impossible from the point of view of official medicine. In the course of the interview, Dispenza found out that all these people were convinced: thought is primary in relation to the matter.
He came to the conclusion that in the quantum field all human potentialities and scenarios exist simultaneously, as well as an infinite amount of energy that is available to our desires, by controlling the flow of thoughts we are able not only to change our life and destiny but also to rewrite the time and even genetic "code"! And the power of influence depends only on a person's faith and effort. This is what Joe Dispenza proved with the help of experiments.
Neurophysiological research has confirmed that in order to change the brain - and thus beliefs, behaviors and attitudes to life - it is enough to start thinking differently - that is, it is not necessary to change something in the outside world. When you mentally rehearse an action, neural connections are rearranged according to the goals. The thoughts can become so real that the changes in the brain are the same as if the event had already occurred in practice.
In Develop Your Brain, Joe Dispenza cites a study in which members of one group mentally practiced one-handed piano exercises for five days without touching the keys. The second group practiced similar finger movements live on the instrument. As a result, almost identical changes occurred in the brains of both groups - activation and growth of the number of neuron clusters in the same parts of the brain.
