Long Exposure, as you know, deals with long shutter speed. Shutter speed itself is one of the techniques of taking photos with the camera shutter open for a long time that allows more light enters the camera until the shutter is closed. Technically, the camera reads more data from the subject, collecting details, and create an extraordinary effect. Long exposure is often used at night, when there is not a lot of natural lighting. Indeed, it's been such a long time I did not shoot any long exposure since two years ago.
I knew it's rather difficult to deal with techniques to get stunning results. It is important to do is when you're doing night time long exposures it's easy, steady your camera as best you can. Obviously a Tripod is ideal stuff if you want to get the stunning long exposure pics without worrying about the shake that might cause the pictures.
Next thing to do is the ISO, keeping the shutter open for 10seconds to 3 hours will give you more noise than you'd usually see from your images, so keep it low! These pictures were my first attempt of long exposure that I took long time ago in Bireuen city street at night. I believe, I should hang out more often with this stuff!!
