Muy pocas personas analizan el ciclo cerrado que es su vida, todos los días repiten los mismos procesos hasta el infinito, y según ellos solo les queda trabajar y trabajar. Enfrentar la serie de situaciones que se les presente en lo restante del día. Conocido en algunos círculos como zona de control (o lugar de control) y es el espacio conocible de cada persona.
Aun enfrentando situaciones que estresan, como discutir diariamente con tu pareja, o no tener dinero, llegar tarde al trabajo y discutir con tu jefe. Son situaciones que de alguna manera son cómodas para ti, porque las conoces (tienes control de lo que va a suceder, conoces los límites) son situaciones que ya has enfrentado.
El ser humano siempre le ha tenido un poco de miedo al cambio. Sentimos que estamos desnudos, cuando tenemos que… o cambiamos algo en alguna de las áreas de nuestras vidas.
Ya consientes de esto (zona de control) es posible pensar en mejoras. Lo que se aprende en el desarrollo de nuestro ser (personalidad, ideas, pensamientos) enriquecen nuestro futuro. No es una carga, es experiencia viva. Cada nueva acción con resultados positivos o negativos se convierten en experiencia, lo que se traduce en un paso más hacia el éxito.
Nunca se pierde lo que se aprende.
Eliminar nuestros miedos interiores, es la primer batalla para ser mejores personas.

Very few people analyze the closed cycle that is their life, every day they repeat the same processes ad infinitum, and according to them they only have to work and work. Facing the series of situations that arise during the rest of the day. Known in some circles as the control zone (or locus of control) and is the knowable space of each person.
Even when facing stressful situations, such as daily arguments with your partner, or not having money, being late for work and arguing with your boss. These are situations that are somehow comfortable for you, because you know them (you have control of what is going to happen, you know the limits), they are situations that you have already faced.
Human beings have always been a bit afraid of change. We feel that we are naked, when we have to... or change something in one of the areas of our lives.
Once we are aware of this (control zone) it is possible to think about improvements. What is learned in the development of our being (personality, ideas, thoughts) enriches our future. It is not a burden, it is a living experience. Each new action with positive or negative results becomes experience, which translates into another step towards success.
What is learned is never lost.
Eliminating our inner fears is the first battle to become better people.
