Festivals are sometimes needed to alleviate the fatigue of a busy, non-diverse human life. A reunion or reunion is required to revitalize the cooled social and kinship relationships. As if a man can come out of the narrow confines of his daily monotonous life and breathe in the open air of kinship, friendship, and love. A restless soul can provide strength and motivation. There are different festivals among people of all races and communities worldwide, including all the heavenly religions. The festival also creates a sense of ethnic unity. The days of festivals are also one of the most important symbols and symbols of the uniqueness and individual identity of any nation. Collective joy and celebration play an essential role in building the distinct identity of a country, awakening the spirit of unity and brotherhood among them. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) migrated from Makkah to Madinah, there were two days of festivities from the pre-Islamic period; Nowroz in the full moon of autumn Meherjan in the full moon of spring.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) asked, what are these two days? The Companions of Madinah said, "We have been playing and rejoicing in these two days since the time of Jahiliyyah." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Allaah has given you two new festivals instead of these two: Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha. (Musnad Ahmad 13056).

Thus began the separate festivals of the Muslims. This is the event of the second Hijri, i.e., 624 AD. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) declared, 'All nations have Eid or festival days; this is our Eid.' (Sahih Bukhari 3931, Sahih Muslim 2098).

The word 'Eid' is derived from the Arabic 'Awd.' 'Awd' means turning, returning. Eid means such a day that comes back every year. In Arabic, a particular day or festival is called Eid. Fitr means breaking the fast or breaking the fast. The Eid-ul-Fitr known to us is called Eid-ul-Fitr or the festival of breaking the fast in Islamic terminology. Every day during Ramadan, Muslims break their fast after sunset. It is just the fast of that day or the Iftar of fasting. On the day of Eid, one month's regular fast is broken. That is also a kind of Iftar. Every moment of Iftar is a time of joy; Eid-ul-Fitr is primarily a day of fun and celebration. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: There are two happy moments for the fasting person. (Bukhari 6492).

On the day of Eid-ul-Fitr, Muslims rejoice in observing the fast of Ramadan successfully and receiving forgiveness from Allah. This is the day of reward for fasting Muslims. Hazrat Aws Al Ansari (RA) said that the Prophet (SAW) said, on the morning of Eid-ul-Fitr, the angels stood in the streets and said to the Muslims, O Muslims! Come forward to the Merciful Lord. You were instructed to pray at night, and you obeyed. You were told to fast on your day; you also followed that instruction; you fasted for one month. You have fed your Lord by feeding the poor. Now, pray and accept the reward of these good deeds. After the Eid prayers, an angel announced, listen to the prayers! Your great Lord Almighty has forgiven you; return to your abode free from all sins. Today is the day of rewards. This day in the sky has been named 'Day of Rewards' (Al Muzammul Kabir Lit Tabarani 617, 617).

Narrated Anas: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: On the day of Eid, Allaah told the angels that they had gone out to pray after fulfilling my duty. I swear by my dignity, old age, and honor! I will certainly answer their prayers. Then Allah said to His servants, "Go back; I have forgiven you." I have changed your sins by virtue. Then everyone is forgiven and goes home. (Meshkat, according to Bayhaqi, Chapter: Hayatul Muslimin, p: 249).

Inquires and exchanges greetings. In Islam, this gathering of Muslims is an obligatory or essential act of Eid-ul-Fitr, Salatul Eid, or Eid prayers. The festival of Eid begins with this prayer. On the first day of Eid, all the Muslims, irrespective of rich and poor Amir-Fakir, stood in a line. Together proclaim the holiness and greatness of God. They are essential to each other. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) instructed all men and women to attend the gathering at the Edgar. Even if a woman cannot offer prayers due to menstruation, she is asked to attend the Edgar. Umm Atiyah (may Allah be pleased with her) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) instructed the young, veiled, and menstruating women to attend the Eid prayer. Menstruating women will refrain from participating in the prayers but join in the good deeds (charity) and prayers of Muslims. I prayed, O Messenger of Allah! Many of us do not have a veil. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said that one of his sisters would help him with a cover. (Sahih Bukhari 1929).
Another essential part of Eid is Sadaqatul Fitr. Muslims pay sadaqatul fitr in the joy of forgiveness and remove the defects of the deeds done in Ramadan. It is obligatory to pay sadaqatul fitr on the able and well-off Muslims. The provision of Sadaqatul Fitr has been made to make the celebration of Eid universal, to spread the joy of Eid among all, irrespective of rich and poor. Besides, the mistakes made in fasting through this charity are forgiven. Ibn' Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made Sadaqatul Fitr obligatory for purifying fasting from useless and obscene speech and providing food to the poor. (Sunan Abu Daud 1609).
There is also an opportunity to meet relatives and neighbors and inquire about them at Eid gatherings and invitations. In Islam, it is obligatory to maintain the bond of kinship. We forget many of our loved ones because of the year's busyness. Not all inquiries are correctly taken. Everyone gets a chance to get together during the Eid festival. Many working people in our country also can meet and spend time with their parents during the Eid holidays.

We learn from the life of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to have a little joy in Eid, play sports, or enjoy. Ayesha (RA) said that Hazrat Abu Bakr (RA) came to my house one day. There were two girls singing war songs. They were not singers. Hazrat Abu Bakr (RA) rebuked the two girls and said satanic music! In the house of the Prophet! The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, Abu Bakr! Let them go. Every nation has Eid and happy days. Today is our Eid day. (Sahih Bukhari 952).

After a long month of fasting, this leisure and recreation bring endless peace and joy to our lives. A few days became bright with fear of kinship, brotherhood, friendship, and camaraderie. In the dead Ganges of our exhausted life comes the tide of vitality. We can go back to work with new enthusiasm and motivation.
