I am grateful to share with you the benefits we get from eating fruits and vegetables in our diary life.
Fruit and vegetables are natural good in our health. Fruits and vegetables contain special minerals and also vitamins which is good to our health. Fruit and vegetables are natural the original food given to man in the time of Eden, and are to serve as a medicinal purposes. They help protect us from some form of diseases. Some fruits and vegetables are sweet whilst other are not. We have to choose to eat at least a vegetable and a fruit a day to boost our immunity to be able to fight against some types of disease. Fruit and vegetables as i said contain important vitamins which is needed by our body to grow well. Children need to eat more fruits so that they can grow well without getting any imbalance in their body system. We should add fruit and vegetables to our dairy meals.
