Kheer is more or less everyone's choice; everyone cooks it in their way because everyone has different cooking techniques.
I first took out the packet of milk from the fridge and soaked it in water to liquefy the milk, then I took the milk in the pot in which I will cook the Kheer and put it in the oven, then I added raisins, saffron, almonds and cinnamon to the milk, stirring it with a spoon little by little. After mixing the milk well, I added polar rice to the boiling milk. After adding the rice to the milk, stir well so the rice does not become lumpy.

Today's Kheer is a little different because I have written my favourite group name with pomegranate in the Kheer.
