The corpse flower is a different type of flower, the corpse flower is endemic to forest friends in Indonesia, this plant does not have stems, leaves or roots which are actually endoparasites in plants.
In February we conducted an expedition to Mount Peut Sagoe, Pidie, Aceh. In the middle of our trip to this mountain we found a carcass flower or Rafflesia, the corpse flower has a length of about 60 cm and a width of about 1.5 cm.
