The most popular Turkish aroma is rose, regardless. Adjoining Bulgaria, Morocco in North Africa, and Turkey are the three biggest rose creating areas. In Turkey, the city of roses and the well known creation focal point of roses is Isparta, which is around over two hours by transport from Antalya in the south. I've known for quite a while that there is a refinery in suburbia, yet I didn't figure I could see anything regardless of whether I went out toward the finish of Spring. Rose is in May and lavender is in June. Notwithstanding, the evening of my appearance in Antalya, I was educated that in case I was in Antalya, I might want to come to Isparta. Since I'm refining lavender at the present time ...

Isn't it the season when lavender is in sprout? Isparta has an alternate environment?

I believe it's harder to discover rose water that is natural and non-natural on the planet now, yet the interest for natural in Turkey is still low and lingers behind the remainder of the world. Shops selling rose-based items were dissipated all through the city of Isparta and all around the public streets that stretched out from it.

There are distillery, not far from the fields, was on the premises of farmer's house. I have seen small distillation pots that look like handmade in each country, but even though the mechanism is the same, this one has a large cooling part and seems to be easy to use. Lavender and water are poured directly into it. Yes, this is a so-called boiling method called direct distillation among steam distillation.

The style of wrapping the joint with a cloth soaked in mud is the same as in each country. In India it is also done in same way as it makes a grip not to loose aroma.

Distilled water for cosmetics is the main product, and essential oils are secondary products. As they are small farmers so they don't get high amount of raw materials. For which they distill rose water more and essential oil less. As the essential oil is too low enough and it takes many days to collect from drops to ounce.

As the oil is low density then water, so the oil floats above water. Which can be easily separated.

Here, the oil is separated by a special type of syringe. But we separate in separating funnel.

Above photograph is 500ml of lavender water and rose water, and around 30ml of lavender oil and around 2ml of rose oil as gifts to all my Steem frds. This rose oil is a valuable Turkish rose otto and is appropriately solidified. Rose otto is additionally costly in Bulgaria, so with regards to Turkish roses, it's much more costly. Rose water is natural so you can drink it.
