I love to cook. So always try to cook something interesting , which my kids will love .

Today I will share with you one of my healthy and tasty baking recipes . This recipes is very simple and easy . Which my whole family liked very much. I hope everyone will like it.

                                                        Today's recipe is eggless cookie recipe.

Ingredients :

All perpose flours - 2 cups
Milk Powder : 4 Teaspoon
Suger : 1 cup
Salt : 1 pinch
Butter/Ghee : In quantity
Vanilla Essence : 1 Teaspoon
Baking Powder : 1 Teaspoon
Chocolate Chips : 3 Teaspoon
Cocoa Powder : 2 Teaspoon
Cookie Cutter : As you wish

The Method :
First mix Flour , Sugar , Baking Powder , Salt , Milk Powder – We will mix it . Then we will mix the Butter/ghee and vanilla essence it. We will make a smooth yeast . Next we will divide the yeast into two parts . In one part we will mix cocoa powder . Finally we will mix chocolate chips in both parts . Then make small balls in the shape you want and arrange them on the baking tray at some distance . here I have made heart, star and flower shape , you can make it as you want . Cook it on Medium Low Flame For 15-20 mins Or Bake In Preheated Oven at 160° C for 15-20 mins .
Then cool and serve delicious Homemade Eggless Cookies . I hope everyone will Love this cookie .
