In today's post, I'm going to provide you with the recipe for a tasty chicken vegetable pulao. When you find yourself growing tired of the same old routine of eating meat and vegetables, you should switch things up by combining them with rice to create something novel. Because it contains chicken and green vegetables, this dish is loaded with healthy elements. The addition of yogurt rayta and salad brings the dish to its pinnacle level, making it an ideal meal that is typically consumed during lunchtime.

potato | 1/3 kg |
water | 1 liter |
Rice | half kg |
Green Chlie+black peppercorns +cloves | 3-4 |
Cinnamon sticks+cumin Seeds+salt | 1+1+1 tablet spoons |
red chillie powder | 1 table spoons |
Oil | 1/2 cup |
Gingr, Garlic Paste | 2+2 tablet Spoon |
Turmeric powder | 1/2 teaSpoon |
Onion | 2 |
Tomato | 1 |
peas, capsicum,cabbige | 1/3+2pcs+half pc |
Preparation
Now here is the step by step about this recipe.
Step 1
take mentioned qty onion chopp it ,take oil in a wok add chopped onion into it and fry it until changed into brownish color.
Step 2
now I add chicken fry it and then chopped ginger garlic and tomato in a chopper and add into chicken.
fry till its color changes to golden.
then I add all spices, cumin seeds,cinnamon sticks ,cloves mix them well. then I add potato and peas into it.
Step 3
Following this, pour one liter of water over the fried chicken and veggies, cover the pot, add cabbige and capsicumand let it sit for 5 minutes
Step 4
after 5 to 10 minutes when water came into boiled form add water-dipped rice into it.
Step 5
when rice soaks out the whole water then I add dry coriander for enhancing the aroma and cover it with lid and heavy weight so that with the help of steam rice becomes soft.
