In this post, I'll show you how to make a delicious chickpeas pulao, and I'll share the recipe for it. If you find that you are getting bored with the same old routine of eating meat, pulses, and veggies, you can try something new with rice to make yummy dish. In addition to being an ingredient in curry, which is traditionally served with bread, chickpeas are also a common component of fruit chaat and a variety of other chaats. Rice cooked with this ingredient ends up having an overwhelming flavor.
Ingredients

Chickpeas | 1 cup |
curry leave | 1 |
water | 1 liter |
Rice | half kg |
Green Chlie+black peppercorns +cloves | 3-4 |
Cinnamon sticks+cumin Seeds+salt | 1+1+1 tablet spoons |
red chillie powder | 1 table spoons |
Oil | 1/2 cup |
Gingr, Garlic Paste | 2+2 tablet Spoon |
Turmeric powder | 1/2 teaSpoon |
Onion | 2 |
Tomato | 1 |
Preparation
Now here is the step by step about this recipe.
Step 1
take mentioned qty onion chopp it ,take oil in a wok add chopped onion into it and fry it until changed into brownish color.
Step 2
now I add chopped ginger garlic paste , tomato green chilies cinnamon ,curry leave and cumin seeds.
fry till its color changes to golden.
after that, I boiled chickpeas in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes , then add into a wok also add salt and turmeric powder
Step 3
Following this, pour one liter of water, cover the pot, let it sit for 5 minutes
Step 4
after 5 to 10 minutes when water came into boiled form add water-dipped rice into it.
Step 5
when rice soaks out the whole water then I add dry coriander for enhancing the aroma and cover it with a lid and heavy weight so that with the help of steam rice becomes soft.
