Today, I'm going to share a summer fresh smoothie recipe with you. The key component in this recipe is raw mango, also known as Kairi. During the summer months, there is a plentiful supply of raw mangoes available. The raw form of mango has several beneficial effects on one's health, including acting as a heat reliever throughout the summer months and aiding the body in being hydrated. In addition to that, I have included mint leaves. The addition of mint has a cooling effect. It is wonderful in the heat since the aroma of mint is so reviving.

Ingredients

Ingredients Qty.
Raw mango 2 pcs
Mint 10 leaves
Sugar 2-3 tb spoon
Water 1 liter
Black salt 1tb spoon

Preparation
Now here is the step by step about this recipe.


Step 1


take mentioned qty raw mango and cut them into small slices.also take mint leaves and wash them finely.

Step 2


add raw mango slices, mint leaves, sugar and black salt into the blender and then add 1liter water into it .

Step 3

now blend all these ingridients properly.

Step 4

Serve the smoothie with lemon and ice cubes.
