How are you all my Steemit friends? I hope you are well. I am also blessed with your prayers and love. Today, I will share a new blog with you. Today I am going to share with you the recipe of one of my favorite dishes, Thankuni Patar Kachuri

5 | thankuni leaf | 3cups | |
You should wash the thankuni leaves well and finely chop them. Chop the onion and fry the dry chillies in the oven.
Now, the finely chopped thankuni leaves should be mashed well so that all the juice comes out and the thankuni leaves become soft.Dry roasted chillies, salt, and raw onion should be mixed well with hands.
At this stage, mustard oil and the mixture of thankuni leaves, onions and chillies should be added.
Finally, after the thankuni leaves, kachuri is ready to serve with hot rice.
