I am fine today. I am Nahida Akter, today I will share with you a very well-known in the country and abroad and a delicious cooking recipe for Nachos.

This food is a very favorite food of all young and old. Currently, we are a handful of people leaning toward fast food. Like we can't live without fast food. I am sharing a short story about Nachos. When I first learned to eat food in Dhaka, I sat in a small restaurant the food that a gentleman next door was eating was mine I was very interested in this food I ordered a meal. I saw that the price is a bit higher than the quantity. I found this dish easy and affordable, this dish is fun and delicious. From there my journey started making nachos. I make it at home because this is my children's favorite food.

Ingredients for making nachos:

  1. Chips.
  2. Chicken.
  3. Sur Cream.
  4. Sauce.
  5. Black olive
  6. Black paper
  7. Vegetable (if a choice)

How to make Nachos:

The first thing you need to make nachos are chips, for this the chips should be fried in oil by making a triangular shape with flour bread. This makes the chips quite crispy. Also, 100g of chicken meat should be cooked in small pieces. Nachos can be made in two ways;

  1. Three layers of nachos, within 3 layers in each share of chips should be served separately with meat and sauce.
  2. Loaded nachos will have many layers, each layer separates chips, chicken, cheese, cream, sauce, black olive, black paper, and vegetables (if a choice) Can be served.
