Argiope aurantia is a species of spider belonging to the family Araneidae. This species is part of a spider that lives erratically, it does not choose a place that is important to it a comfortable and safe place. Some other spiders also found on the roadside of the city, strangely this spider can live in the noise of the city.
These spiders are usually easily found in cold areas such as one of the peak areas in Central Aceh. I've found several times this type of spider makes nests under bridges. And by the time we approached his spider this didn't move and didn't get distracted. Unlike the spider that I found on the roadside of Lhokseumawe city, this spider is very disturbed by my presence when taking his photo.
