Although it wasn't a professional party, we had a small party to make fun of ourselves, and it was a machi or fish kebab party.
I mean, a fish, making kebabs by burning it in charcoal with spices. Which I am already going to share with you.
In fact, just a few days before I arrived in the country, all of a sudden my roommates and our friends around us all agreed to have a party.
Then we selected a party, and it was a fish kebab party, in a domestic way. Then we went to the market to buy fish from there.
We bought a rui fish from the market, which weighed about two and a half kilograms, and bought some fish spice from there, and we brought it into the room and let it be washed in the canteen.
After washing, we smeared it with spices, put spices inside and out well and left it in one place.
Then we gave wood for making coal and started making coal cause it was needed for making fish kabab like this way.
Then when the coal was finished, we put the coal in a container and put the coal inside the box.
Then the box was like a net on top of which we start the next part of this kebab spelling.
There is nothing special about making this kebab, to be honest, here is a mixture of a few fish spices, and mustard oil, soybean oil, everything, pepper salt oil, yellow spice.
And with that mixture the fish has been filled to make kebabs. Then when we finish making coal and when the fish is ready to make our kebabs.
Then we have a net-like lattice on top of the kebab box, which we place on top of it.
And gradually I saw for a while that the raw fish had become a kebab and a good food.
Then we garnished it with onions and tomatoes on a polythene.
Then we all ate and drank together with allowances and eggs and this was our little party in a nutshell.
No more today stay safe with your nearest and dearest, also take care of yourself.Have a good day.
