Bangladesh's natural beauty is enhanced by flowers. Lilies are a partner of beauty, much like other flowers. Shapla is freely accessible in Bangladesh. Bangladesh is covered in Shapla flowers, which are quite beautiful. Shapla has earned the title of national flower due to its beauty in nature and accessibility. Like our national flower, Shapala, other nations also have national flowers. For instance, the lotus is the national flower of India, whereas the rose is the national flower of Iran.It is an aquatic flower since Shapala grows in water. A-flowers can be found in lakes, ponds, rivers, streams, canals, and deserted reservoirs. A-flower doesn't require cultivation. grows without attention. Applied to National Life Numerous practical factors make up national life. Coins and stamps have Shapla prints on them. As a national symbol, this blossom is recognised.

Water flower lily
Under water soil is where roots first appear. From that root, a stick that resembles a narrow tube rises above the water, and leaves shoot out from that stick above the surface. The thick, big leaves are afloat in the water. And from the root, which resembles a shrub, many branches sprout. In essence, several branches are data or Schappler tubes. For nourishment, some Africans cultivate shaplar. In several nations, motha or tubers are cooked and consumed as a vegetable. They are often included in salads. In herbal medicine, motha is employed. Pushpanal, or flower buds, are a common vegetable in rural areas.It tastes great when the Nile is peeled, chopped into pieces and cooked with prawns. Coconut is also used for boiling mustard. Nile meat is cut into bits, attached with a coconut leaf shala or a toothpick, formed into a raft, dusted with gramme flour or rice flour, fried in oil, and consumed like purple. Vegetarians consume white beets. Blue and red beets are typically not consumed.

Nutrition and herbs

But Shapla Motha, or root, is the most beneficial. Haemorrhoids, dyspepsia, seminal fluid, etc. are all treated with motha.The nutritional value of the Shapla plant's various sections varies. Seeds have the lowest water content (4.18%) and pods or tubers have the greatest (20.4%). Seeds contain a lot of fat. Stems have the least protein (10.1%) and leaves the most (25.4%). 9.5–15.1% of food is fibre. Sodium (1.9-4.21%) and potassium (1.56-4.63%) are the two minerals that are most prevalent in the Nile. Significant levels of calcium, zinc, iron, and sodium are also present.
