Today I want to share how I made Lotte fish fries. For this recipe I need following Ingredients:
• Lotte fish
• Garlic batter
• Ginger batter
• Salt
• Chilly batter
• Corn-flower
• Gram-flower
• Cumin seed flex
• And oil.

Preparation:
At first lotte fish closed cut.
All fish pieces were mixed with ginger better, garlic batter, chilly batter or chilly power and marinated it half an hour.
Then other side gram flower, corn flower, salt, cumin seed flex were mixed with water in a bowl.
Then a pan put on gas oven and took some oil.
All fish pieces were fired to fill ingredients batter.
Then all fries were serve a plate and decorated with onion and green chilly if you want and this dish enjoyed with your family.
Fish fry is easy to cook and quickly make. It is a testy snakes or use to main dish.
