How to cook chicken pakoras
- First, wash the chicken well and cut it into small pieces. Cut into 1 inch pieces or cubes

- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. When the oil is hot, drop some spices or a piece of chicken in it. If it floats without turning red, the oil is heated properly.
- Now drop the chicken one by one in the oil. Fry 7 to 8 chicken pieces together. Add a little more oil so that the meat pieces can dip well.
- Stir them occasionally while frying so that all sides are fried well.
- When the pieces of meat turn red or copper in color, take them off and place them on a colander to drain the excess oil.
