Dear Ukraine On Steem,

How are my friends with all respectable persons. Alhamdulillah I am also good with your prayers. I am here today to participate in the competition organized by @mariam.dariam ma'am. Today I am going to show you chickpea ghugni recipe. This chickpea ghugni recipe is eaten by everyone in our country throughout the year but in the month of Ramzan. Ghugni is eaten a little more in our country.

The things that I need to cook this recipe are:

  • Chickpeas-500 grams
  • Onion-3
  • Garlic-5 t
  • Like oil-quantity
  • Potato-1 t
  • Dry chili-like quantity
  • Salt, yellow-like quantity
  • According to masala-taste
  • Ad-1 spoon

Step 1,

In the first step, I have to soak the chickpeas in water for 6 to 7 hours.

Step 2,

In this step I cut out the things I need.

Step 3,

In this step, we boiled the crushed potatoes in the chickpeas and 3 whole garlics in a pressure cooker.

Step 4,

In this step, I fried onion, pepper, garlic and ginger in pan with oil.

Step 5,

At this stage I gently shook it for 5 minutes and added chickpeas and water.

Step 6

In the 6th step I gave the masala. After that I started grinding the chickpeas.

Step 7,

At this stage I will reduce the amount of water to drain and when the oil comes out at the bottom, I will add a little water again.

Step 8,

In this step, after adding water, burn it for 15 minutes, when the oil comes out after the water reduces, I will take it down.
