am going to be sharing with you how I prepared my portage potatoes for breakfast.
My ingredients
1: potatoes
2: onions
3:salt
4:Maggi
5: vegetable
6:red oil
7: crayfish and pepper
Steps
First you start by pilling the potato then you put it in a bowl and wash it
After that put it into a pot which you will be using in cooking it
Add a little water that will be enough because potatoes easily get soft,and you won't like if it get softer than what you where expecting.
Slice your onions
Add the onions after 10 minutes
Then add salt at this point the potatoes is getting soft all you just need to do is to add your ingredients.
Slice your vegetable
After adding onions you add your salt, pepper, crayfish and maggi
Then leave it for 2 minutes the add your red oil before your vegetable
After that you add your vegetable which is the last thing you should add then turn it very well and bring you pot down after just a minute
