Consuming a variety of fried foods does have its own pleasure. But sometimes there is a feeling of guilt because there is a taste that is too oily or fatty in the mouth.

So how to manage the food so that it tastes right in the mouth, here are the tips.

The first we can limit the amount of consumption. Once eaten, try not too much. Try to remember this information:

  • A slice of bakwan contains 137 calories.

  • If tempeh mendoan contains 150 calories

  • Meanwhile, 1 bowl of french fries contains 300 calories

  • Whereas the maximum human calorie needs of 2000 calories for a day.

  • The second is more advisable to make your own fries at home. By making our own, we can choose the best ingredients.

The seasoning can also be adjusted. Starting from flour, salt, pepper, to garlic.

If the fried dough is ready, don't forget to use new oil.

Oil that is used many times can be dangerous and threaten health. Because the residual oil is used many times, it contains excessive saturated fat.

Finally, after the fried food is cooked and brownish yellow, don't eat it immediately.

After being removed from the frying pan, it is better to drain it first, so that more oil can be wasted.

In addition, the choice of oil in frying food, should be paid more attention.

One pack of oil is enough. If possible, replace the oil with virgin coconut oil.

With the large number of calories consumed from one serving of fried food, it requires a balanced lifestyle and in particular also not consuming too many fried foods.

Those are some tips on how to consume fried foods that are good and wise. Thank you, hopefully useful.

Best regards always.

Using dual accounts violates the rules of the community.

Ou community never said you can't create more than 1 post per day. You can create more than 1 post per day. But why use 2 accounts? And posting in the same community?

Please if you can create 2 posts per day then create them from your real account. Don't use two different accounts in the same community.

I only have 1 account, from the first time I signed up for steemit in 2017 until now, I still have one account, namely the @midiagam account. @rando that's not my account, you can check the details. I just entered the @midiagam account via the esteem application, because my password is stored there. The @rando account is not mine, nor do I know who he is.

Now we have to find out who controls the @rando7 account, because it really isn't mine. my only steemit account is @midiagam. I'm disappointed with those of you who say that I have a dual account, because that's not true

Well, maybe I am wrong, and I do apologize for that in advance. But tell me one thing. @midiagam you said you have voted to the witness. But still, you haven't voted what I see by checking here https://steemworld.org/@midiagam

Yet you said You have voted.

Then tell me what is the reason that I have become confused? When you said you have voted but you actually have not voted but on that time @rando7 has voted for the witness.

Now please judge the situation, please.

Actually I don't know how, how to vote. I just pressed the vote logo on the left side of the @steem.history account, is that true? maybe I should study it again

@midiagam has nothing to do with my account, I'm a different person, friend shahriar33 should clarify all that

Hi, it could be a misunderstanding. For this reason, I would like to suggest you create a Verification post. This will clear all the confusion.

Yes, I also only have one account, namely @midiagam. I swear to God, I don't have multiple accounts.

And @rando7 thanks for the witness vote
