Hi everyone!
This is the 6th part of my series of writings about uncommon sea creatures. Today I would like to talk about the "Clown Frogfish" which is master camouflage and it can change the coloration along with the pigment pattern of its body within a week.

The Clown frogfish can match their body's color according to their surroundings although it's a slow process than an ocotopass. But still, it's a unique capability with camouflage skill.

This odd-looking fish is not easy prey rather it's carnivorous which can eat prey that is almost its size. This fish is also one type of anglerfish. It attacks its food when they come closer enough.

One interesting fact about this creature is that it has no teeth in its mouth. Even they can't chew their food. This means there is only one way to take down the prey, just swallow the whole prey inside the stomach. Moreover, it can open its mouth up to twelve times its normal size.

This fish actually can't swim like other fish because it doesn't have a swim bladder. For this reason, it just makes its body use its fins which look like walking on the sea surface.

Thanks for reading my post. Hope that you have learned something new. If you have ever seen this sea creature then comment below and let me know about it.😀

Best regards
