Sunday, tired and little desire to cook.... But why give up sweets? A quick solution is these little cups of crumbled sponge cake, lemon custard and red fruit 🤤 cooked in a saucepan with sugar and lemon, they make a perfect juice to dip the sponge cake and flavour the custard.... A delight 😎💕
