The control of anger

Hello valued steemians and friends how are you doing today? I trust you are in good health. It's always a pleasure to participate in Engagement challenge and this one is hosted in this very community, Steem health by @steemdoctor1, "the control of anger" all thanks for keeping the platform and the users active almost always.

What do you do when you are angry?

Yes, anger as an emotional expression of unhappiness, being rage and hurt by circumstances or persons. Anger as a feeling of dissatisfaction, uncontented and abnormal state of mind, feeling offended, can be regrettably disastrous if not well controlled. So to my, it's a matter of understanding because time came, when I realised that quick to anger, expresses to say, lower understanding.

Most at times, what causes anger, after word, doesn't worth it, we just misunderstood the situation. In the society today, somebody might say something against another which causes anger but to me in this regards, I often kill such provocation with silence and higher understanding. Because if you are to react in proportionate to the size of provocation, you might damage irreversibly and irreplaceably. So conclusively, I quench my anger with silence and understanding and in the end, the person who offended me comes to apologize. But for other circumstancial provocations, I quench it with patients only untill time heals the wound.

Are you sharp in anger? Or you are able to control it?

Yes like I mentioned before but different here is the answer that I am not quick or sharp to anger, I can control even if am reacting to a circumstance after the successful application of all my methods to cure provocation, I react with understanding, causion and wisdom but it's so rare for a situation to call for my reaction, if not, because of my methods that people have known, before I even sense of reacting to a strange occasion, people are defending on my behalf. So am not sharp to anger.

I am also not sharp to anger because Using wisdom and understanding, would tell you that some circumstances, is not worth provoking us because realisation comes which dismisses the abnormal state of mind through clarification that one should have done by himself instead of resulting to anger. And because am very patient in life, I am never sharp to anger due to the fact that my patients has always break a new dawn of a situation that can be such favorable to me, I would had lost if I hard resorted to anger.

What are the main reasons that make you angry?

When someone feels like he or she is able to play on my intelligence, thinking maybe am not observant of his or her activities in the contract that connects both of us. Which is invirrably lies, that the person thinks I will not know, it makes me angry but with my understanding, I will always letting the person know if he or she persists the direction, I will take him unreliable and a liar which disqualifies him from any business that should connect both of us.

Secondly, if I have made several attempt to break a record, with regards to being successful in a certain venture (disappointment), it likely getting me angry because I have applied a lot of patience and effort, all of no avail but in this case, consistency has always lead me to the expected end. So these are some of the situation that can place me in the state of anger but always fully controlled.

Give suggestions on how we can control our anger?

Number one is for someone to imbibe the spirit of being patience, this is the uttermost parts, to quench reacting quick or sharp syndrome. The patience is attributed to a particular Africa nut that is hard to crack but if eventually do, you enjoy chewing it, therefore be patient and slow to action, it will enable you to clearly observe the direction of the situation which most at times, discover that it's not worth being angry for. Patients and slow to action is very key to quench anger.

Secondly, how to treat provocation which leads to anger, sometimes, you can reduce being emotional by the use of silence as a technique. Not every annoying issues that one is required to react to immediately, one needs to give it some times. We also need to use wisdom and understanding to follow things so that we will not fall into temptation by acting regrettably out of anger. With these suggestions, I believe we can control our anger and live happier.
