Hello everybody, hello @steemdoctor1 and @steemithealth thank you for the contest and the topic.

What do you do when you are angry?

When I'm angry, it seems like nothing makes sense anymore. I become intolerant of anyone and the day is horrible.

Are you sharp in anger? Or are you able to control it?

Years ago, I thought I was a person who can control anger. But that wasn't true. I accumulated a lot of stress at work. While in the placework, I was always kind, always sociable, I avoided arguing and clashing. I thought I was doing well, to avoid dramas or look like a rude person. Yet I have found that anger does not go away. It dangerously builds up until it explodes.

The problem is, I vented my anger and disappointment outside work, at home, with my family, my mother, my partner, even my dog!

At the time I thought I controlled anger but that was not the case. I simply suppressed it, but sooner or later it exploded.

What are the main reasons that make you angry?

The things that make me angry the most are the things I can't control. Illnesses of loved ones, insurmountable obstacles that cannot be overcome. Now I learn to accept them.

It's incredible to think that years ago I used to get angry in traffic, or get angry if someone offended me. I actually discovered that those weren't the things that made me angry, it was simply my unexpressed anger in other more serious moments that then came out at the least appropriate moment and for insignificant things.

Give suggestions on how we can control our anger?

This is what I learnt and I try to do every day to control anger.

  • Understand the source of our anger

  • To control anger I believe we must learn to recognize what really makes us angry. If we get angry in traffic, that's not the reason. If we get angry because our dog peed in the house, that's not the reason. Small daily problems can be solved in another way without getting angry. If we get angry about the little things we're probably expressing discomfort related to stress and other much more important situations in our lives.

  • React to difficult situations calmly

  • When we get angry it's because we want to make others understand what our reasons are. In reality, if we overreact, everyone else will be focused on our reaction and not really listen to what we have to say. Here is that getting used to explaining things is good for us and helps others to understand, so sometimes it is possible to change the situation that generates our anger.

  • Don't give too much importance to rude strangers

  • Sometimes we get angry over a phrase or a word spoken by strangers, in the parking lot, at the supermarket, on public transport. No one likes to be offended, but I've learned to let it go and go my own way, ignoring provocation. Rude strangers are not part of our life, it's not worth it. Instead, I learned speak clearly to people who live with me, with my colleagues and my friends.

  • Be kind

  • If we walk around angry it will be difficult to have a good day. How should others react to our anger? If we make an effort to be nice to everyone, it usually works! Most people respond just as kindly!

    Hi dear,

Thanks a lot for your efforts in creating this blog for the entry of this contest. But, you must have to join the achievements programs in the Newcomers community. Please complete your achievement 1 before entering any other community.

    Greetings.

I didn't know this, I started using the steemit account again after a few years, but thanks for informing me, I will try to keep up! thank you

    hi @emmawalt
Given that there are currently many users with multiple accounts, one way to avoid this was the implementation of the New comers community, additionally there they will guide you regarding the use of passwords, among other things.

I leave you the link to the community below:
    https://steemit.com/trending/hive-172186

The first thing is achievement 1, where you can make your presentation. You can review other achievements in that community 1, and you will realize that it is very easy to do.

Thank you @josevas217 . Do you mean if i do not pass the achivement I cannot use steemit in other communities?

Most communities request at least achievement 1. There are a few where you can post without a problem.
However, I recommend that you do so. It really is very easy, is to make a post saying your name, Post a picture, saying how you met Steemit, whether or not you know anything about cryptocurrencies. It is very easy and is usually verified quickly, I do not think more than a day. As long as you answer the things asked there, which as I said, are basic.
After that, you have more options to be supported, even, those achievement posts are generally supported, since there is a specific account to support new users.

Surely the friend @inspiracion or @tocho2 will be able to guide you gladly in the process.

Thank you very much @josevas217, I'll try soon!
