Anger, jealousy, pride are the three things that are the root of human downfall. It is better to stay away from these things as much as possible. We all have more or less anger. My anger was sharp at one time but now I have learned to control it. I used to show a lot of anger with my parents, after marriage I also became very angry with my husband. I broke many things in such a rage. Later my husband explained to me a lot that anger is a bad thing, it erodes human values. Then I saw that even though I was very angry, my husband did not say anything to me and he never got angry with me. Then I slowly understood everything. That being angry is really a vice. Which covers all the good qualities of people. So now I use many techniques even when I am angry and it reduces my anger.

There are reasons to be angry or we get angry for small reasons or for no reason at all. I get very angry when someone insults me or when I feel insulted by someone. I still get angry when someone hurts me, I still get angry if someone says insulting things about my family. Besides, I still get very angry when someone disobeys me.

Being angry is not a good quality. It causes outbreak of various diseases in our body and is known as bad to people. That is why we should reduce this anger. I am sharing with you the tips that I use when I am angry.
When I'm angry I stay in a room alone for a while and don't talk to anyone for a while. Then if the anger still doesn't subside, I count the numbers 1-100 in my mind and then count backwards from 100-1. In this way, when the anger subsides a little, I try to convince myself that if I am angry, only people will suffer, if someone suffers because of me, then I will have to share the blame. After explaining like this, my anger subsided. Also, when I am angry, I eat sour food, the brain works towards sour food, this tip is very effective to reduce my anger, you can also eat other foods. In a word, keeping the brain busy on the other side will reduce the angry feeling.
