GOODMORNING
Today i woke up in the morning early ajd first of all i had bed tea and i was in happy mood because today was my off day so first i took ablution and then recited holly Quran and then went to the mosque where i offered prayer with the other people and in this way i embarked my morning with the name of Allah Ta'ala.
WHAT IS HEALTH
Everyone knows that the health is wealth because sound body has a sound mind and if a person has wealth i.e money enough. If is not in good condition of health then he will never enjoy his wealth because his brain is not ready to see the colourful world and surrounding.
We should earn money but it didn't mean that we should deny the rules of our health , we should also focus on our health as well as we can do |
- In order to enjoy our money and relations and other surroundings we should must have fit ajd healthy body and brain otherwise we cannot feel and sens the things around us and cannot enjoy the happiness in our lives
HEALTH AND EXERCISE
Everyone knows that prevention is better than cure so we should focus on our health and don't take any food which is not good for health. But now a days every is busy and live a robotic life .
In other words we can say that everyone is living a mechanical life in this time and has no time to care about himself and about his body and health |
- We should focus on health and manage the time for exercise atleasr once in a day. Exercise is very important thind regarding health hecause this is the key of health and healthy body and healthy look so we should manage the time for the exercise especially morning walk
EXERCISES FOR FITNESS
There are many exercises which are effective for fitness but some are very difficult and some are too easy but the thing is that what will be better for health and what will be better for the fitness of our body and for the fitness of our brains.
Most common and easy exercise is morning walk for the fitness our our body and for the fitness of our brain and heart |
- We should walk for atleast 40 to 45 minutes in a day but we should try to do this in the morning because in the morning this is more effective. In the morning the atmosphere is fresh and we can inhale fresh air and also in the mornìng we can easily take vitamin D from sunlight which is very necessary for the bones

Muchas gracias por compartirnos este post doonde resaltas muy bien la necesidad de mantener un cuerpo sano para poder disfrutar plenamente de la vida. Es verdad, podremos tener mucho dinero, pero sino estamos en buena condición de salud sencillamente no podremos disfrutar prácticamente de nada.
Caminar es un buen ejercicio, aunque hay quienes preferimos actividad de mayor intensidad, sin embargo, es una buena manera de mantener o de empezar cualquier rutina. Estoy muy de acuerdo con esto.
