What do you understand by the phrase "Say No to Drugs!". Why it is important?

Say no to drugs is a Salgon that motivate people to remain away from the Drugs addiction and from the harmful and illegal things. Drugs have dangerous effects on the mental and Physical health and destroy our health completely.Along with the addicted person this rounding people like his or her friends and family are also affected. The addiction of drugs mentally destroy the capacity of understanding and also effects the physical situation.

So saying no to drugs is really very important to maintain the mental and Physical health and also for the happy lifestyle.

Importance

• it's first importance is that the individual can maintain a good mental or physical health by saying no to drugs.

• it helps to build a drug free society where people did not lost the capacity of functioning.

• Along with the individual the prevention from drugs also helps to maintain a good environment.

Saying no to drugs is an important motivation we should spread the awareness of say no to drugs so that people remain away from such a harmful addiction.

What are the main causes of the drug addiction? And tell me about a severe case of drug addiction which lead to serious results in the end.

There are many causes that leads to the drug addiction in many inviduals some of them or listed below

• The social circle of a person affects the behaviour if a person has friends that are addicted to drugs they also lead him to the drugs abuse.

• The second reason to involve in the drug addiction is the mental health of the person if someone is mentally disturbed they mostly late to the Drugs addiction for their mental satisfactions.

• Genetically some people have the addiction like if most of the family members are addicted to the drugs they also addicted too.

There are many events we see in our surroundings that are related to drugs addictions in the people they drugs can be in the form of tobacco , cocaine , heroine etc and there consumption sometimes leads to the severe issues in people.

I know the event once there was a person in our neighbourhood that was badly addicted to the drug addiction he used to take the drugs in the days or in the nights or even if he did not take them he becomes see all srrounding people were also effected by this behaviour. One night he came from outside he was not in the good position he takes the heavy amount of drugs their family his family face dad he is not in good situation so they take them to the hospital he remain hospitalised and get a severe disease of liver.

About 15 days he remain in the bad conditions and finally he died on the bed this all was a result of high consumptions of drugs that take his health from him.

What are the best ways to control the wide spread of the drug addiction? Give some suggestions

There are many consequences that can be done to prevent from the drug addiction and got the safer environment or society.

• First of all they should be a program or compense that aware the people from the harmful effects of the drugs specially the young ones so dad before taking the drugs they also think about their health defacts.

• Friends and family of the person should also try to control him to remain away from purchasing and consuming drugs or also treated him if he is already addicted from the special places that treated the drugs addictors.

• Government should also take the proper actions and punish the people who purchase or consumed the drugs to create the environment free from the drugs addicters.

Addiction of drugs is very dangerous for the mental and Physical health of an individual so we should stay away from them and also guide or aware others to prevent from this harmful effects.
