Today I will share with you a recipe that is very tasty and healthy. My #recipe for today's contest is called Chinese Vegetable. No, this is not a traditional Chinese vegetable recipe. I am sharing this recipe with you by modifying it according to my own style. This recipe is called Bangladeshi Chinese Recipe (ha ha). Anyway, there is nothing to introduce you to this dish. All of you are familiar with this food and are aware of its nutritional value. Still, I will share with you all that I know about this food.
What are main ingredients of that recipe?
The main ingredients of this recipe are vegetables. I am sharing the ingredient's name and their amount I used to make a dish for my family.

Do you make it at home or get from the market?
I made it at home and I am sharing my recipe bellow.
Take some vegetables then wash these properly. We should clean our vegetables before cook. Try to cook fresh vegetables. In this recipe I use carrot, Cauliflower,cabbage, raw papaya, and red cabbage. Cut the vegetables thinly and a little wide. I am sharing pictures of how I cut them this recipe.
Take the boneless part of the chicken and then cut the chicken into small pieces. After cutting, marinate it with salt, pepper, soy sauce, ginger paste, garlic paste for minimum one hour.
Then boil the vegetables well in a pot. Do not overcook as it may break the vegetables. I boiled the vegetables here on low flame for 5 to 10 minutes. I added the papaya five minutes before adding the vegetables because papaya is a very soft vegetable and it cooks very quickly.
Then continue to fry the marinated chicken in a little oil on an even heat. Fry them in oil for 5-6 minutes and keep them aside in a bowl.
Now take onions and green chillies and cut them into cubes. Then heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, pour the vegetables in it. Top with fried chicken pieces. Leave it like this for a while and add a tablespoon of coneflower to it with a small amount of water. Heat it like this for some more time. And after ten minutes on the side, remove from the oven. Finally add rrd cabbage over the vegetable once cooked. Finish the cooking like this.
