Sajina is a highly-known, expensive vegetable. This tree is native to places other than the winter main country. Perennial Sajina cultivars bear fruit almost every year. Flowers and small pods are always seen on the tree. 2-3 types of sajina are available in our country. Sajina is an ideal vegetable plant for the homestead.

Amazing tree:
National and foreign nutrition scientists have called Sajina an amazing tree or miracle. Because its leaves have eight essential amino acids with 38% nutrients which are not found in many plants. Its leaves are more beneficial than vegetables. In South Africa, the plant has been described as a mother's 'best friend' and a uniquely accessible source of nutrition
Nutrients of Sajina:
Scientists call Sajina 'nutritional dynamite' in terms of nutrition and say that this plant provides nutrients, medicinal properties and yields throughout the year, so it is a 'multivitamin tree' in the home yard.

Benefits of sajina leaves:
Scientists believe that sajina leaves are rich in nutrients. Vegetarians can benefit the most from sajina leaves. If compared on the basis of quantity, the same weight sajina leaf contains 7 times the vitamin C of an orange, 4 times the calcium of milk and two times of meat, 4 times the vitamin A of a carrot, and 3 times the potassium of a banana. Scientists also say that Sajina leaves contain 42% of essential nutrients, 125% of calcium, 61% of magnesium, 41% of potassium, 71% of iron, 272% of vitamin-A and 22% of vitamin C.
Sajina Oil:
The dried seeds of Saginar yield 38-40% edible oil containing high bionic acid, an antidote to various diseases. This oil has no odour and should be finished like any edible oil. Sludge obtained after oil extraction is used as fertilizer and water treatment power.
The medicinal properties of sajina:
According to Indian Ayurvedic Writers, the sajina protects people from around 300 conditions. Ultramodern wisdom also supports this idea. sajina is most generally used as a vegetable. Dinghy, roots, flowers, fruits, leaves, seeds and indeed goo have medicinal parcels.

- Canine bite Sajina leaves are crushed, mixed with garlic, turmeric, swab and pepper, and consumed to destroy the canine's bane.
- Fever and Cold Eating leafy flora relieve painful fever and cold wave.
- Polyuria Sajina splint juice cures polyuria.
- Constipation and sight Sajina flower removes constipation dosha and improves sight.
- Gout Eating sajina fruit cooked regularly can help in gout relief.
- Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sciatica Massage of sajina seed oil relieves rheumatic pains, rheumatism, sciatica, impassiveness and skin conditions.
- Leaf juice treats heart complaints and increases blood inflow.
