Why Russia Is Not Known For Making Horror Movies

Russia did not make horror movies at all until pretty much the mid 80's. I checked out every Russian horror film I could get my hands on, though, and did a deep dive into the topic. This video explains why Russia didn't make horror movies for most of its history, but it also looks at the horror films it has made in the last 30 years or so.
