My cousin had visited me last weekend. He's from Belgium. And because I haven't seen him for years, I wanted to make something delicious on the bbq.

Original stew with beer. I had been to my favorite butcher Schell to get beef. Of course I have taken more with me than what I actually came for. But that's the story of my life

I had already bought the Belgian beers that should pass through this dish. 2 bottles to pour through the dish and 1 bottle for the pit master.

After cooking for 5 hours on a low heat, the meat had become butter-soft. A mustard-covered sandwich was added, some bay leaves, cloves, olive oil, butter, pepper, salt, garlic and 3 onions.

The result was gone in 10 minutes! We all enjoyed it so much. To be repeated!

That looks delicious!!!!

Is your Egg a Medium or a mini-Max?

A Large

Haha,

I was tired and on my phone. In the first photo, I thought that the pot was your chimney cap. It looked like a huge chimney cap compared to the size of your egg.

Especially silly because I know you have a smokeware cap.

I’ll get back to drinking now.

haha enjoy drinking! I'll join you ;)
