Good education is the best thing that can ever happen to any child, sometimes we hear many people talk about good schools later on turning into a wrost school at end due to some problems and challenges the school faces at times, for a school to have the best name,it depends on the secret of the school ruton .in every successful school, there must be a secret holding the school,it is a combination of the teachers, parents, and school management ability to develop the best.But I will like to focus on the teachers ability for now Here I will like to share with you some three secrets for effective learning environment.

The most important thing we Should know as a real teacher is to be much able to set and arrange our kids in a way that you can easily access all the table to checkout everyone's writing activities.and also we all know our kids and what they are capable of doing,at times we have the lesser brained pupils in class, so it will be much okay if you mix the intelligent ones to the lesser brained ones together, this will help you as a teacher to be less stressed, because when the lesser brained ones see the other intelligent ones writing,he or she will be motivated to pick up which will actually make the lesson effective and less stress.

MINIMAL DISTRACTION
At times in class we notice that there is always this period kids will want to talk to each other and by so doing, when two or more talks at the same time it calls for noise making which will definitely disturb the opposite class.so in other to stop such unecessary noise,I suggest as a teacher, we need to improvide a playing toy for them and instruct them not to make noise over it,and if any body do so ,he or she will be retrieve from playing with others,by so doing I guess the noise will stop,or further more we can also consider playing video (cartoon) for the in cell phones or television depending on the school capacity.and you know, kids so much love movies especially cartoon,I also guess by doing so , it will also help in reducing the noise.
My third suggestions is, you can also give them class activities individually, maybe writing or colouring, it can also quech noise totally.
These ideas will make the learning environment to be more comfortable to the kids and also to the teachers.

Because you punished him or her with love, once a child loves you even if you flog her twenty times at school she will never disclose anything to the mother at home,but assuming they didn't find your things given, even the SHUT UP you told them at school will be announced at home so I suggest we Should love our kids and treat everyone equal,no discrimination, love everyone thesame,creat memories with them, play with them but with limit, just make them to feel comfortable whenever they are around you,feed them because every kids will like to be a teacher's baby, so treat everyone as your baby both the dummies and the intelligent ones, whenever this kids remember the pictures, memories you creates with them, They will like to always come to school because they love and misses your presence
