Greetings to all friends of the Steam for Nigeria community. We're into week four of Season 12 of The Engagement Challenge. In all of our homes we use some necessary household appliances so today's arrangement is about it. This theme would be great. I will also talk about some things that I use in my home in this article.

Name your favorite home appliance that you often use at home

We have now entered a digital age where we have to keep pace with technology. To make our lives easier, science has developed some devices that greatly affect our household chores. Simplifies our work and saves time. We all see such things in our homes. Each of which has a different importance. I am referring to some household appliances in my house.

• Refrigerator
• Rice cooker
• Gas ​​stove
• TV
• Hot water kettle
• Iron
• Desktop

What is the function of this device(s)?

As I mentioned earlier they have different importance in housework which I describe below:

• Refrigerator : I think its role is significant in our present food preservation as we store cooked food here and there is no substitute for refrigerator for cold water. It is also used to store ice cream, yogurt, sweets, cakes, soft drinks.

• Rice Cooker: Main food in our country is rice. There is no easier medium for cooking rice today which has made it very easy.

• Gas Stove : Gas ​​stove is a simple medium for cooking with fire. At present, this gas should be used even if there is a shortage of chalk or to protect plants.

• Television : TV is a convenient medium of entertainment which provides all types of entertainment for all age groups. News, movies, cartoons for kids are all available.

• Hot water kettle: This is a great appliance for me as I drink tea. This kettle heats me up very quickly.

• Iron: It is a very important household appliance for the smart people. With iron we can easily iron our clothes which express our personality.

• Desktop : This is the most essential device I currently use. It is a great influencer in improving my skills.

Also there are many other things as our household appliances, here are few daily essentials mentioned.

I use the devices I mentioned on a daily basis. All my days I am connected with them in one way or another. There is no substitute for these devices to get me through each day. Refrigerator for storing my food, rice cooker and gas stove for cooking, TV for watching sports, iron for ironing, and desktop for other online work including Steemit. It can be said that my day revolves around these devices except for some tasks.

Can you live a day without using this/these appliance(s)? How long have you had this/these appliance(s) in your home?

In today's advanced technology era, it will be difficult to live a day without these devices. If all the equipment is not together, it will be difficult for me to walk. But I have spent a few days without them as I have mentioned that all of them are electric because there is no current and I have been without them for two days.
These devices have been with me for a very long time. The refrigerator has been in our house for 7 years, the TV for 6 years, it's new desktop for 1 year, the gas stove for 2 years, they have been leaders in need at various times.
