In my understanding I will say family planning can be defined as that practice of knowing the number of children in a family. I will say it make use of contraceptive methods and the reproductive health services to allow individuals and the couple to make decisions on when to have children.

Family planning allows people to make good choices about their reproductive health. Getting access to family planning is important because it will improve the child health, it will also reduce poverty, and give lasting development. I will say family planning, it’s a fundamental human right and a good component of universal health coverage.

I think Countries should share their population by making use of family planning to get a lasting development and improvement in the life of the citizens.

By controlling population growth, countries can have a good management in their resources, reducing poverty, providing good education and healthcare services. Family planning allows the families to be able to make good decisions about the number of children the will have and the spacing.

It can allow both the mother and the child to be healthy, also increasing educational attainment, and making economic ultimately available, family planning grow individuals and give to the total well-being and prosperity.

Very well I encourage family planning. It gives the well-being of individuals and the communities by letting the families to make good decisions about the number of their children. I will say It helps improve the child health, it reduces poverty, and share a sustainable development.

Empowering individuals to control their reproductive health, with family planning it supports education, economic opportunities, and the quality of life. Family planning allow the people to have the good resources and nice information that the need to make wonderful choices, with this it can move to a healthier families and a strong communities.

There are some methods of family planning which is available, it include hormonal contraceptives this means birth control pills, patches, and also injections; the barrier method includes condoms and diaphragms; also intrauterine devices; is the natural methods like the fertility awareness; and lastly permanent methods like the sterilization.

Each of this method mentioned above gives different levels of effectiveness, convenience, and even reversibility, leading to different needs. It is very important for any individuals to walk with healthcare providers so that the can choose the most comfortable method, it depends on their specific circumstances and reproductive health achievement.
