We here of customers day in day out in businesses but to some they do not have a gist of who they are. Some think it a title given to someone who purchase your goods or services. Absolutely, you are not far from wrong. To add to this, a customer is someone who purchase goes and services from you an a regular basis if not all the time. As a business owner you can't do away with your customers because your customers can make you and unmake your business grow. Customers are valuable assets for every company. But the big question is how then do we keep these comers? "Are they always right as we say"?? Let get to understand this phrase first then we can now answer the question.
In order for companies or business owners to keep their customers and not loose them, they often times use this statement to mean that always we have to agree with whatever the customer says. In doing so you fulfil the desires of the customer. These words are used to pamper customers so that they don't heed to another company. We try as much as possible to hear their worries and to make them satisfied without questioning them.
On several occasions have I been treated and welcomed nicely due to this phrase "The customer is always right". I bought an item online and was to be delivered to me at a said date but the company had some challenge with their delivery agent. I needed the item urgently and they failed to deliver the item. They did not communicate the said problem to me and I ha to wait and wait for hours to no avail. I complained bitterly and they managed it's well by accepting their wrong deed. I was compensated with a free additional item I purchased as a bonus. Since then I have enjoyed their services till date. Good customer communication and loyalty.
Absolutely, I give a very good customer services to people who purchase items from me. I value them so much because I get my income from their purchase. I pamper my clients for them to feel happy at all times. As a nurse it's my duty to make my clients who are the hospital's customers feel safe and secured. I reassure them despites their bad attitude towards me because I understand them that during the sickness process they can put up a behaviours
that they are not aware of.

In conclusion I so much believe in the phrase "The customer is always right". My reasons are ; They help you know where you are going wrong so that you correct some loop holes, they are your asset therefore you as a business owner have to take their opinions into consideration.
